Top prosecutors from across the country are expected to gather in St. Louis Tuesday in support of the city’s top prosecutor, Kim Gardner, to expose what they say are coordinated and racist efforts to block criminal justice reform. Gardner filed an unprecedented federal lawsuit Monday night against her own city and its main police union claiming she’s being "forced out," a claim the union denies.
