High and dry: About 30 percent of U.S. facing drought conditions

More than 30 percent of the country faces at least moderate drought conditions, while in seven states, severe drought covers more than half the land. Time magazine senior writer Bryan Walsh talks to the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts about the problem.
