State Police Captain Ron Johnson speaks at Michael Brown rally

Ron Johnson, the Missouri Highway Patrol captain put in charge of security in Ferguson, Mo., spoke at a rally honoring Michael Brown Sunday. He said that he empathized with the Brown family over their loss. Norah O'Donnell reports.
