Pentagon broke the law swapping prisoners for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, GAO says

The Government Accountability Office says defense officials did not give Congress enough notice before trading Taliban prisoners for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. They also report the D.O.D used $1 million dollars in unapproved money. Jeff Glor reports.
