MoneyWatch: Price of crude oil keeps dropping; airlines earn big from baggage fees

Crude oil is trading at an all time low since 2009 and continues to drop. Also, the Transportation department say that U.S. airline took in over a billion dollars from baggage fees. Jill Wagner reports on the day's top MoneyWatch headlines.
