A flag-lowering ceremony marked the official end of U.S. combat missions in Afghanistan. In 13 years, more than 2,200 American troops were killed in the fighting. Eighteen-thousand international troops, including 11,000 Americans, remain in Afghanistan. Jeff Glor reports.
