New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio praised slain NYPD officer Rafael Ramos for his dedication to his community, his church and New York City Saturday in a speech at Ramos's funeral in Queens. Ramos and his partner Wenjian Liu were gunned down in their patrol car last week.
