National Guard helps Boston clear snow before new storm

Coastal Maine and Massachusetts are under another blizzard watch. A new storm threatens to dump a foot of snow or more on areas that are still recovering from record-breaking snowfall. Nicole Jacobs of CBS station WBZ reports from Boston.
