Senate GOP allows homeland security vote but stands firm on immigration

Republicans in the Senate will vote on whether to fund the Department of Homeland Security, which is set to run out of money this week. Congress is in a standoff with President Obama over his immigration action. Nancy Cordes reports from Washington.
