U.S. Coast Guard breaks the ice on New York’s Hudson River

Seventeen members of the Coast Guard who man the cutter Sturgeon Bay are no strangers to the ice. They break ice for a living on New York's Hudson River. But as Jim Axelord explains, they haven’t seen anything like this.
