Report: MH370 locator beacon battery expired a year before the flight

A new report on missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 says the battery for the locator beacon had expired more than a year before the plane disappeared on March 8, 2014. CBSN's Vladimir Duthiers and Meg Oliver have details from that report.
