Bales of marijuana thrown from an SUV in police chase

While police were chasing a white SUV for traffic violations, the people in the car tossed bales of pot out onto the highway. It was all caught on a police patrol car dash camera. CBSN's Meg Oliver and Vladimir Duthiers have more.
