Lawmakers expressed frustration with the head of the Secret Service, Joe Clancy, during his testimony on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, grilling him on accountability and cleaning up the agency’s culture. Clancy confirmed he is not able to fire the agents today and noted there is still work to be done to overhaul the existing behavioral concerns in the Secret Service.
