Ohio homes, businesses damaged in dangerous Midwest flooding

The Ohio River is slowly pulling back from flood levels not seen in decades. Melting snow and rain pushed the river to more than 57 feet in the Cincinnati area. Adam Clements of Cincinnati affiliate WKRC reports from the banks of the Ohio.
