Big profits for oil refineries as Calif. gas prices soar

Consumers in California are blaming oil refineries for driving up the price of gas while they enjoy hefty profits. But as CBS News correspondent Ben Tracy reports, the refineries say there's a reason why prices in the state are soaring.
