Death toll up to at least 19 in Carolinas flooding

Two more bodies were found Wednesday in the Carolinas where the worst flooding ever recorded there continues to wreak havoc. David Begnaud reports from South Carolina where the failure of 14 dams has officials scrambling to prevent further damage.
