John Kasich: Senate GOP "probably ought" to meet with Merrick Garland

Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican presidential candidate, says he wishes President Obama hadn't nominated someone to the Supreme Court, but now that he has, Republican senators should probably meet with the nominee.
