Dylann Roof, facing death penalty, won't call witnesses in own defense

Dylann Roof told a judge Wednesday he does not plan on introducing evidence or calling witnesses in the sentencing phase of his death penalty trial for the Charleston church shooting. Roof was convicted of hate crimes and murder.
