30 years after Cold War, U.S. military rolls into eastern Europe

Since the end of the Cold War, the U.S. has been drawing down its military presence in Europe. But at the main docks in Bremerhaven in northern Germany, we can see that's not the case. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
