Priebus says intent is to repeal, replace Obamacare "as quickly as possible"

Reince Priebus, the incoming White House Chief of Staff, says it would be ideal if Obamacare could be repealed and replaced "in one big action," but that it may take time to get all elements for replacing it in place.
