A black man in Illinois is suing police after he says he was falsely and violently arrested. The 2015 encounter in Evanston was captured on several cameras. The Northwestern University Ph.D candidate says officers used excessive force after a passerby called 911 to report a possible car break-in. Dean Reynolds reports.
