Claims are mounting against Hertz from customers who say they were wrongfully arrested for rental car theft.

A realtor, a cleaning service operator and even a NASA employee have all now filed claims against Hertz, saying a simple rental turned into their worst nightmare. Some of those incidents were caught on video. Anna Werner reports.
