Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds is expected to sign a "heartbeat" 6-week abortion bill on Friday after the Legislature passed the bill in special session earlier this week. Reynolds, a Republican, plans to sign the bill, which includes a handful of exceptions, at a conservative Christian event. Caitlin Huey-Burns reports from Des Moines.
