Tracking Tropical Storm Gabrielle as it forms over Atlantic Ocean

Tropical Storm Gabrielle formed Wednesday morning over the central Atlantic Ocean and is forecast to strengthen as we head to the weekend. CBS Philadelphia meteorologist Grant Gilmore has the forecast.
