Stock markets surging on corporate earnings, hope of tax reform

In the 24 weeks since Election Day, the stock market has shot straight up. Much of the rally has been due to Wall Street's anticipation of a corporate tax cut. Earnings for blue-chip stocks have also beaten expectations. Jim Axelrod reports.
