An iPhone user was ordered to unlock her iPhone with a fingerprint. The FBI argued Paytsar Bkhchadzhyan's iPhone contained evidence in a gang-related crime.

Wait, doesn't the Fifth Amendment prevent cops from forcing people to unlock phones? Apparently not when the unlocking is done biometrically. And if you feel that's a crazy technicality, you might be forgiven.
