House fire causes damage, woman taken to hospital

A woman was taken to hospital on Wednesday night after having inhaled smoke from a fire that broke out in a house in the Paphos district.

The fire was reported at around 10pm.

According to the police, the fire caused damage to the house.

The 52-year-old woman was taken to Paphos general hospital for precautionary purposes.

Panayia police station is investigating the fire.
