Colorado Court Rules to Remove Trump from 2024 Ballot, Experts Say Appeal to SCOTUS Likely
In the 4-3 ruling from yesterday, the court’s majority said that Trump was “engaged in” the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, and therefore cannot run because of the 14th amendment’s insurrectionist ban.
