Could Sophie, Countess of Wessex gain the same title as Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle?

SOPHIE, COUNTESS OF WESSEX has many royal duties and responsibilities. One of her duties is to be a Patron for a number of charities. With similar duties as other Royal Family members, why does she not hold a Duchess title?
