Lidl gifts thousands of Mother’s Day flowers to NHS workers & charity groups as thank you

LIDL is celebrating Mother's Day in a slightly more unusual way this year. As coronavirus cases continue to escalate in the UK, the supermarket company is gifting Mother's Day flowers to those working particularly hard at this time, including NHS workers.
