Kim Jong-un’s sister sends propaganda warning to South Korea - ‘Human scum!’

KIM JONG-UN'S younger sister has warned South Korea the North will cancel a recent bilateral military agreement if defectors do not stop sending leaflets back across to the North side of the DMZ.
