Child Trust Funds to mature for first time but 1.8million unaware they have windfall ahead

CHILD TRUST FUND accounts will mature for the first cohort of children enrolled in the scheme in September, as they turn 18. However, HM Revenue and Customs and HM Treasury have said around 1.8 million may not know they have an account.
