Martin Lewis issues warning to fans after 'dirty' scam: 'Trying to rip off the vulnerable'

MARTIN LEWIS - the Money Saving Expert star - has issued a warning to his fans via Twitter after many fell victim for a "dirty scam" which he said tried to "rip off the vulnerable" over the weekend.
