Coronavirus latest: Revellers warned to avoid Blackpool

Blackpool was besieged by weekend revellers yesterday. Pictures shared on social media showed thousands enjoying the warm weather. Lancashire is subject to lockdown restrictions, but Blackpool, run by a separate unitary authority, is exempt.
