'Kick in teeth for savers' as NS&I to cut interest rates - these savings accounts affected

NS&I has announced a whole host of cuts to interest rates on its variable rate products and some fixed term products. The move will also affect the Premium Bonds prize fund rate, and hence the odds of winning in the future.
