Coronavirus shambles: Nearly 16,000 new COVID-19 cases missed due to computer glitch

TENS of thousands of new coronavirus cases went unreported after a computer glitch meant the Government's COVID figures were not passed on to the NHS track-and-trace system, it has emerged.
