Boris Johnson to hold emergency talks to prevent food shortages after France closes border

BORIS Johnson has called an emergency meeting of his Cabinet after France announced a 48-hour ban on lorries travelling across the Channel in response to the emergence of a contagious mutant strain of coronavirus in the UK.
