Train and coach refunds: How to get a refund after Shapps said Britons will get cash back

GRANT SHAPPS has vowed the Government will provide refunds to Britons who have been devastated by cancelled Christmas travel as a result of new Tier 4 restrictions in the south of England. The refunds apply to train and coach travel.
