Covid strain MAPPED: Mutant coronavirus variant discovered in SIX countries outside UK

THE MUTATED strain of coronavirus has been running rampant across the UK, responsible for a 94.8 percent rise in infections across the country. Now it has been discovered in another six countries outside the UK as scientists warn the new variant will likely become the dominant global strain.
