Is the new Covid strain only in the UK? Do any other countries have the Covid variant?

COVID cases continue to rise in the UK after scientists identified a new strain of the coronavirus that could be up to 70 percent more transmissible. But has the Covid variant spread to any other countries outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?
