Tech billionaire Reid Hoffman is calling for big changes when it comes to making Silicon Valley a better place for women to work. Hoffman's call to action came after Binary Capital's Justin Caldbeck resigned due to allegations he made unwanted sexual advances towards several female entrepreneurs.
