Yesterday, Tennessee Senator Bob Corker made a last minute demand to shave $350 billion off the tax cut package. That has left senators and staff scrambling to come up with money overnight. I have a modest proposal for at least some of that money--pass tax reform, and make Tennessee pay for it.
