ARM-based Windows 10 devices powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 650 launching this holiday season will be based on last year's chip design (A75), and not the laptop-class A76 design. Therefore, we recommend putting off buying any ARM-based Windows 10 devices until they use ARM's latest A76 technology.
