Canon has followed Nikon in launching a new mirrorless DSLR camera. The EOS R has a full-frame 30.3-megapixel CMOS sensor with an autofocus system with 5,655 manually selectable AF points. The camera features a new RF lens mount but affordable adaptors for existing canon lenses are available.
