Hit The Mute Button, And Enjoy the NFL (And College Football) On TV Again

A couple of years ago, I muted a football game to take a phone call or something, never turned the sound back up, and found myself enjoying the game much more. Why? Essentially, the announcers don’t provide much more than extra noise.
