NHL general managers remained patient with the coaches of their underperforming teams last season, but the axe has fallen swiftly this year. Mike Yeo was dismissed from the St. Louis Blues on Monday and Todd McLellan from the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday, and more moves could be coming.
