Californians Have (Temporarily) Dodged A State-Level Estate Tax

Twice in the past two years, the California legislature attempted to reinstate its estate tax. While both attempts failed, Californians cannot ignore the warning signs and should put tax plans in place now to minimize their tax exposure.
