When Argentinian entrepreneur Diego Saez Gil found himself between ventures in 2017, he went to the Madre de Dios region of the Peruvian Amazon – and what he saw there sparked an idea that would turn into a high tech start-up aimed at making reforestation a more viable tool for climate mitigation.
