Talisman Casualty Denied Diversity Jurisdiction Of Protected Cell Series LLC In National WW II Museum Case

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has remanded a case back to Louisiana state court for lack of diversity jurisdiction involving the protected cell of a Series LLC.
