U.S. Death Toll Projections Double As Researchers Measure Impact Of Eased COVID-19 Lockdowns

Researchers at the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation say they now expect the epidemic in the U.S. to last beyond the summer as dozens of states start to ease coronavirus restrictions this month.
